A Moving Experience
Key responsibilities
Intune / Company Portal (project + service ownership)
- Deliver and own the migration of company applications into Intune Company Portal (packaging, deployment, lifecycle management).
- Define standards for application onboarding (testing approach, rollout method, documentation, troubleshooting playbooks).
- Maintain and improve the solution over time: rationalise the app catalogue, improve reliability, and drive continual service improvements.
Microsoft 365 (BAU + proactive improvements)
- Administer and improve core M365 services, with emphasis on SharePoint/OneDrive and tenant governance.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated service requests from the IT Service Desk; document recurring fixes in the knowledge base.
- Support identity and access needs in Entra ID, including SSO configuration and Enterprise Application management.
Must-have skills
- Expert in Microsoft Intune administration, including application deployment and operational support.
- Expert in SharePoint/OneDrive administration (permissions, governance, support).
- Advanced Entra ID administration, including SSO configuration and Enterprise Application creation/management.
- Advanced Azure administration skills relevant to endpoint and identity services.
- Strong customer-service mindset; able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong professional English (written and spoken) for global collaboration.
Nice-to-have (desirable)
- On-prem Active Directory administration.
- Exchange / email flow configuration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Jira Software / Jira Service Management (or similar ITSM tooling) for request and incident workflows.
- PowerShell / automation experience for repeatable admin tasks and operations.

Ways of working
- Remote-first within the EU; collaborate daily with a geographically distributed team.
- No regular on-call at this time; occasional out-of-hours support may be needed for planned changes or critical incidents.
