What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality advice while helping shape the future of the mortgage & protection offering.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing whole-of-market mortgage advice across a wide range of client scenarios
- Conducting virtual client meetings to deliver tailored recommendations
- Working closely with the support team to ensure smooth application processing
- Maintaining strong relationships with referrers and identifying new business opportunities
- Supporting wider business growth as the company continues to scale
- Delivering exceptional customer outcomes and compliant advice

What You’ll Bring
- CeMAP (or equivalent mortgage advice qualification)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in mortgage advice, ideally in a high-volume environment
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, regulation, and market trends
- Excellent communication, client relationship, and problem-solving skills
- Confidence advising on complex cases
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and appetite to contribute to a growing business
Nice to have:
- Protection advice qualification/experience
- Background in scale-up or fast-growth environments
- Experience delivering webinars or BD-focused content
