Senior Motion Designer

Who will you report to? Creative Director When? Monday to Friday, 9.30am until 5.30pm Where? We operate hybrid working, so a mix of remote based and our studio in Shoreditch. We do have a minimum studio attendance requirement. Application deadline: 10th July 2026

The role You are an experienced motion designer, exploring how brands, products and stories can come to life through movement. You author and bring ideas into motion and inspire exceptional standards of craft in the team around you.

You will work across visual narratives, campaigns, digital products and brand identities, translating concepts into distinctive and expressive motion languages. You have a sharp eye for typography, composition, rhythm and detail, and are as comfortable developing creative ideas as you are bringing them to life.

You collaborate closely with designers, writers and strategists from concept through to delivery. You are driven by curiosity, inspired by culture and technology, and committed to making exceptional work.

Core skills You are fluent across Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. You have experience creating and evolving sophisticated motion languages and systems. You understand how motion shows up across digital products, campaigns and brand communication. You bring a high level of craft, with a strong understanding of typography, pacing, composition and narrative. You stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools and creative practices, and actively explore how they can enhance the work. Film editing + Adobe Premiere Pro.
