Senior Motion Designer
London | Hybrid | Freelance/Contract
I'm looking to speak to exceptional Motion Designers who might be open to their next move.
This isn't your typical motion role. It's an opportunity to help shape the motion language of one of the world's most recognised brands.
I'm particularly keen to hear from designers who have spent time working with globally recognised brands or within highly regarded branding, design or creative studios.
If you've built your reputation creating thoughtful, beautifully crafted brand motion and have a portfolio that reflects an exceptionally high standard of work, I'd love to hear from you.
Whether you're currently in a permanent role or freelancing with some of the industry's leading creative teams, let's have a conversation!

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
