£40,000 - £48,000 + Excellent Benefits

Compass Associates are delighted to be working exclusively with Welbeck Health Partners on the launch of their brand-new diagnostic and day-case hospital in Oxford.
Following the success of their flagship London site, Welbeck are expanding their network with a state-of-the-art facility offering a wide range of specialist outpatient, diagnostic and minimally invasive services. The Role

As a Senior MRI Radiographer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality MRI examinations while supporting the safe and effective day-to-day operation of the imaging department. Working closely with the MRI Superintendent and wider multidisciplinary team, you will help maintain clinical standards, support service development and contribute to an outstanding patient experience.
This role would suit an experienced MRI Radiographer looking to join a growing organisation where they can have genuine input into service development while working alongside leading clinicians.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
