About The Role

MAKE A DIFFERENCE FOR EVERY PATIENT

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, experienced MSK Physiotherapist to join our small, dynamic, and friendly team of professionals who deliver the highest standards of physiotherapy within an innovative healthcare setting.

Our service is based in a purpose-built MSK centre, co-located with an NHS diagnostics department (MRI, X-ray, and ultrasound), in the market town of High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. We operate 7 satellite clinics across Buckinghamshire, including locations in Marlow, Chalfont, Amersham, Thame, Aylesbury, and Buckingham, allowing flexibility in where you can practice. We also feature a well-equipped purpose-built gym for patient rehabilitation and classes.

Our service operates 7 days a week (8am–7pm), offering extremely flexible working hours, including the option for weekends and evenings if preferred—or simply standard weekdays. Additionally, there are no on-call requirements, positively impacting your work-life balance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
