About the Company
Body Logic Health — a premier movement and performance clinic — is seeking a Senior MSK Physiotherapist with:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Women’s Health
- POGP affiliation
The ideal candidate must have outstanding core clinical skills, a proven track record of growing their caseload, and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced MSK physiotherapist with Women’s Health training to join our thriving private practice in Battersea.
Current & Future Scope
- The Women’s Health service currently operates ~1.5 days per week, but is expanding rapidly within our Clapham & Battersea catchment.
- This is an opportunity to work closely with the Company Director to develop and grow this specialised service.
- Integration with our Pilates, running analysis, and personal training programs enables holistic client support for long-term progress.
- Ideal for those passionate about collaboration, quality care, and professional growth.

Responsibilities
Clinical & Operational
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based MSK and Women’s Health physiotherapy treatments.
- Grow and sustain your own caseload with effective retention strategies.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director to refine:
- Clinical protocols
- Workflows & quality-assurance frameworks
- Expand the Women’s Health service by:
- Maximising patient satisfaction
- Securing external referrals
- Integrating seamlessly with performance-oriented services (Pilates, running, etc.)

Qualifications
- Registered Senior Physiotherapist with:
- 5+ years’ clinical experience in the UK/Australia/New Zealand/South Africa (MSK focus)
- Women's Health training completed
- POGP affiliated (mandatory)

- Diagnostic expertise with robust treatment planning.
- Proven track record of building and managing a thriving client base, with strong treatment outcomes and client loyalty.
- Collaborative, coachable, and committed to elevating team culture & systems.
- Mentoring & clinical leadership experience; strong influence on standards.
- Client-centric communication with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
