The Role: Senior Multimedia Designer
We’re looking for a hands-on creative professional who thrives at the intersection of graphic design, video production, and marketing. You’ll be an integral part of Boldr’s marketing team, helping craft engaging content that drives growth across B2B (contractors) and D2C (homeowners) channels.
What You’ll Do
Video Production & Editing
- Film installation walkthroughs, product demos, and contractor testimonials on job sites
- Edit short-form (Reels, Clips) and long-form video for:
- Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn
- Paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube)
- Create training, onboarding, and educational videos for Boldr Pro (our contractor platform)
- Build engaging visual stories showcasing Boldr in real-world HVAC environments
- Manage video assets, footage organization, editing workflows, and content libraries
- Collaborate with marketing to develop video concepts that align with campaign goals and brand storytelling

Graphic Design
- Design paid media ads (Meta, Google, YouTube, display)
- Create social media graphics, templates, and content assets
- Develop email campaigns, landing page visuals, and website assets
- Design wholesale & point-of-sale materials, including:
- Sell sheets
- Shelf displays
- Signage
- Retail collateral
- Support product packaging, quick-start guides, and customer support materials
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints
B2B & D2C Marketing Support
- Craft content for both HVAC contractors and homeowners
- Build a growing library of photography, video, and design assets
- Partner with marketing to execute multi-channel campaigns
- Translate marketing objectives into high-performing creative assets
- Continuously A/B test and optimize content for better engagement and conversion
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, video editing, content creation, or a related creative role
- Strong portfolio showcasing:
- Video production/editing (from concept to final cut)
- Graphic design (social, print, digital, motion)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- Premiere Pro (video editing)
- After Effects (motion graphics)
- Photoshop (imaging & retouching)
- Illustrator (vector design, brand assets)
- Experience creating content for:
- Social media (Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Paid advertising (Meta, Google, YouTube)
- Websites & campaigns
- From concept to completion: Ability to shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video with minimal supervision
- Strong design fundamentals, including:
- Typography, composition, visual storytelling
- Brand consistency & UI/UX best practices
- Adaptability: Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities
- Attention to detail and organization skills to manage multiple projects
- Self-starter mentality: Ability to work with minimal oversight and take projects from idea to execution
- Communication & collaboration: Clear, professional English (spoken/written) to align with B2B & D2C audiences
- AI-native mindset:
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for:
- Idea generation (e.g., DALL·E, Midjourney)
- Content creation (animation, text synthesis)
- Video production (automated subtitles, clip generation)
- Workflow automation (asset tagging, batch processing)
