What’s the role then??
This is a Northern-based SNAM role with a homebased contract, you’ll report to the Sales Director and be a valued partner with Marketing, NPD, Insights, Supply Chain and Finance team. You will lead on:
- Managing some of their largest Grocers/Retailers – developing JBPs, owning the P&L and improving buyer relationships.
- Owning the strategy with proactive cross-functional work.
- Keeping a keen eye on competitor activity and performance.
What makes you the right fit??
- +4 years FMCG branded sales experience – grocery.
- SME challenger brand experience is desirable.
- Can think strategically long-term without losing focus on short-term priorities.
- High energy, low ego with emotional intelligence.
- Based around the Manchester/Leeds area.
