Hello potential future Oatly employee.
It’s us, the original oat drink company that started in Sweden back 30 or so years ago.
We exist to make it easy for people to eat better and live healthier lives without recklessly taxing the planet’s resources in the process. Sustainability, health, and transparency are the core values that guide everything we do. We're also recognised as the world’s first Climate Solutions food and beverage company, and we do it all while making some of the most delicious drinks out there.
If any of this is resonating with you, then maybe you’d like to come work with us? If so, you're in the right place.
The Role
We're looking for an ambitious, commercially-minded Senior National Account Manager to drive strategic new business growth across our Out of Home channel. This is a highly visible role focused on identifying, securing and growing national partnerships that unlock significant volume, distribution and brand-building opportunities for Oatly.
We’re looking for a new business expert. Someone self-driven, proactive and who thrives on working autonomously. Someone who loves opening doors, building relationships, creating compelling commercial propositions and winning new customers to accelerate company growth. Here's what you'll do day-to-day:
- Develop and deliver Oatly’s new business strategy for key national Out of Home accounts.
- Identify, win and grow new partnerships across foodservice, hospitality, travel, leisure and workplace channels.
- Build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders and lead commercial negotiations, contracts and tenders.
- Create customer business plans and proposals that drive mutual value, distribution, growth and brand visibility.
- Collaborate across sales, brand and category teams to unlock new opportunities and deliver growth plans.
- Maintain a strong pipeline, forecasting and CRM reporting, while driving revenue growth and securing strategic accounts.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
