Guided by our Global purpose to Enchant the World with Chocolate and UK vision of Creating Moments to Make Everyone Feel Special, we have around 400 team members in the UK across our Head Office, Retail, and Field Sales divisions. We are a Top 20 Great Place to Work and are proud of our incredible people, our unique values-led culture and our iconic market leading brands such as LINDOR & GOLD BUNNY.

We're also proud of being one of the few bean-to-bar chocolate makers in the world, where we control every step of our chocolate production.

In this role, you will be at the heart of one of our most exciting and fast-growing channels, playing a key role in shaping our digital success. As a core member of the Digital and wider Sales team, you will take ownership of our Amazon 1P business, a 3P marketplace partnership, and our Moonpig account - driving sales, profit and market share through standout commercial thinking and execution.

You will also lead and develop a National Account Executive, coaching and guiding them to build capability and deliver strong performance. Working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will bring our Joint Business Plans to life and unlock meaningful growth across these strategic platforms.

Where you'll be based

Richmond, London (Hybrid Working: 60% office / 40% working from home over 1 month)

Key Responsibilities

Key Account Management (Amazon Retail / Fresh, Moonpig, 3rd party Marketplace partner)

  • Deliver in-year customer plans, including budgeted NTS, GP targets and market share objectives, in line with P&L targets and the Lindt Digital strategy
  • Lead, negotiate and trade AVNs / Joint Business Plans to deliver sustainable growth
  • Build, manage and optimise media plans in partnership with our Amazon Ads agency, driving ROI, new-to-brand acquisition, traffic and conversion (including full-funnel Amazon campaigns and storefront execution)
  • Own the customer forecast, aligned to demand, and collaborate closely with Supply Chain to deliver against PO compliance, confirmation and delivery KPIs
  • Contribute to regional European Amazon planning by sharing and applying best practices across markets
  • Maintain strong availability across the portfolio, including NPD, through effective commercial and operational management aligned to key customer timelines (particularly Easter and Christmas)
  • Use data and insights to drive decision-making and unlock new opportunities across key platforms (Vendor/Seller Central, Amazon Ads, Kantar, Circana, NIQ Digital Shelf, etc.)
  • Partner closely with Commercial Finance to manage pricing, accruals and invoicing, including leading monthly customer reviews
  • Manage preferred 3rd party marketplace commercial supply agreements
  • Lead sell-in and agreement of all-year-round, Easter and Christmas commercial growth plans, including execution and sell-through initiatives, using a test-and-learn approach
  • Work closely with Marketing to shape the portfolio pipeline and deliver digital-first propositions aligned to the digital strategy
  • Own and drive the Pureplay Gifting agenda across your accounts and wider sales channels, delivering over-indexed performance in gift guide participation, seasonal execution and bundle initiatives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
