The Opportunity
We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Senior National Account Manager to lead one of our most important retail partnerships.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful and innovative food business operating in one of the UK's most dynamic and enjoyable categories. Working closely with a major UK retailer, you'll play a key role in driving category growth, launching exciting new products and building a strong, long-term customer partnership.

What You'll Be Doing
As Senior National Account Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day commercial relationship with your customer, ensuring strong execution of business plans while identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.
You'll:
- Build and develop strong customer relationships
- Deliver joint business plans that support both customer and company objectives
- Identify opportunities to drive sales, category growth and market share
- Work closely with internal teams to bring exciting new product launches to market
- Lead customer meetings, reviews and commercial discussions
- Analyse performance and use insight to support decision-making
- Collaborate with colleagues across category, finance, operations and supply chain to ensure excellent customer service
- Contribute to a positive, high-performing commercial team culture

About You
We're interested in speaking with talented FMCG commercial professionals who enjoy working with customers and have a passion for building successful partnerships.
You'll ideally have:
- National Account Management experience within FMCG, food manufacturing or retail
- Experience working with major UK grocery customers
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- A collaborative and relationship-focused approach
- The ability to identify opportunities and turn insight into action
- A positive, proactive mindset and a desire to make an impact
Own-label experience is beneficial but not essential.
