Business Account Manager – FMCG
Location: West of London/Hybrid – 3 days/office

Our client is a leading global savoury snacks manufacturer with a strong presence across Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. They're seeking an experienced National Accounts or Business Manager to join the team and drive commercial success with major retail customers.
🔦 Position Overview
You'll manage a £15m+ account portfolio, driving revenue, volume, and margin targets through insight-led strategies. This role sits at the heart of customer relationships, combining commercial leadership with cross-functional collaboration to deliver joint business plans and shape growth opportunities.

📒 What you’ll be doing from Day 1
- Own commercial accountability for £15m+ account portfolio performance
- Lead joint business planning and customer relationship development
- Develop and execute account strategies for promotions, distribution, and new product launches
- Use shopper data, category insights, and commercial analysis to drive insight-led growth
- Collaborate across marketing, category, finance, and supply chain teams
- Maintain forecast accuracy, manage pricing, and deliver promotional ROI
🌟 What we are looking for
- Proven experience managing large account portfolios in FMCG or retail
- Strong commercial capability – experience managing revenue, volume, and margin targets
- Demonstrated experience developing and negotiating joint business plans with key customers
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and business intelligence tools
- Ability to translate shopper and category insights into commercial strategies
- Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels
