What You’ll Do
- Own and grow key eCommerce accounts end-to-end, driving revenue, profitability, and share growth
- Build trusted, strategic partnerships with customers, leading negotiations that unlock sustainable opportunities
- Shape and deliver best-in-class digital execution across Amazon’s Sponsored Ads & DSP, optimising content, pricing, and promotions
- Lead data-driven advertising strategies to ensure media investment delivers clear commercial & brand impact
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, setting direction, building capability, and driving accountability
- Leverage insights, data, and trends to identify opportunities, challenge the status quo, and accelerate growth
- Manage the externally retained Amazon advertising agency, ensuring MBRs and key KPIs (ROAS, TROAS, NTB%) are tracked and delivered

What You’ll Bring
✅ Strong experience in Amazon Vendor Central within an FMCG or fast-paced FMCG-like environment ✅ Proven ability to deliver commercial growth and lead senior-level negotiations ✅ In-depth knowledge of eCommerce and retail media (sponsored ads, DSP, media spend) ✅ Experience managing agencies and media investment ✅ Strong analytical mindset—able to convert data into clear, actionable insights ✅ Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams while fostering cross-team collaboration ✅ Proactive, curious mindset with the confidence to challenge norms and bring new ideas
