In this role as Senior National Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of growing Amazon UK and Europe. You’ll drive key account relationships, develop commercial strategies, and bring our brands to life in digital platforms. With a focus on both performance and investment, you’ll translate data into meaning growth—for teams and business alike.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and grow key eCommerce accounts, ensuring optimal commercial performance in revenue, profitability and market share
- Build and nurture trusted, strategic partnerships with customers, leading negotiations and unlocking sustainable growth
- Shape and execute best-in-class digital execution on Amazon advertising platforms (AMS and DSP), optimising content, availability, pricing and promotions
- Design and manage data-driven advertising strategies, ensuring media investment delivers clear commercial and brand impact
- Lead a high-performing team, setting direction, building capabilities and driving accountability
- Leverage insights, data and market trends to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions and accelerate growth
- Manage our external Amazon advertising agency, ensuring timely MBRs and KPIs (e.g. ROAS, TROAS, NTB%) are met

What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience managing Amazon (Vendor Central) in an FMCG or fast-moving consumer goods environment
- A proven track record in delivering commercial growth and leading senior-level negotiations
- Expertise in eCommerce and retail media, including sponsored ads and DSP
- Experience in managing agencies and significant media campaigns
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to turn raw data into actionable insights
- Strong leadership skills, including mentoring and team development, while fostering cross-team collaboration
- A proactive and innovative mindset with confidence to challenge norms and introduce new ideas
