About The Role
Uber Eats UK is seeking a Senior National Account Manager to take ownership of managing and growing relationships with our most important and largest Enterprise Partners in the UK. Reporting directly to the Head of National Accounts, this critical role will focus on driving strategic growth and ensuring Uber Eats is the delivery platform of choice for key partners.
This role combines strategic account management with a focus on revenue generation and leading complex, multi-faceted deals. You will play a key role in crafting and executing strategies that not only deliver exceptional value for our partners but also directly accelerate the growth and market penetration of Uber Eats across the UK.
What You Will Do
- Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact at the HQ level for our key Enterprise accounts. Build long-term relationships to enhance financial performance, marketing efforts, engagement, and overall satisfaction. Be a strategic advisor, driving success in partners' delivery businesses.
- Negotiation and deal-making: Lead commercial discussions with enterprise partners to drive sustainable long-term growth.
- Operational Improvement: Drive forward operational improvement with your partners to ensure that together we are delivering the best experience to Uber Eats users - whether that's making sure they received what they ordered, or they're receiving it when they expect it.
- Growth: Develop plans in conjunction with your partners to grow their business through expanding to new locations, experimenting with new business models (e.g. Uber Direct) or increasing sales at existing locations through initiatives like effective marketing or menu optimisation.
- Analysis: Quantify everything you do. Utilise data-driven decision making to understand the performance of initiatives to ensure you are optimally prioritising those with the highest return on investment.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders in internal teams both in the UK and globally (e.g. Product, Support, Central Operations) to solve problems and ensure that feedback received is utilised in improving our product and operations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
