Senior National Account Manager FTC
Contract type: 12 month fixed term contract
Location: Market Drayton

What you’ll be doing
- Leading and inspiring your team, building capability and driving high performance
- Managing key customer accounts, delivering profitable growth beyond targets
- Building strong, collaborative customer relationships to unlock new opportunities
- Applying category expertise to influence strategy and maximise brand performance
- Championing a growth mindset and embedding strong negotiation practices
- Working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Marketing and Category teams to deliver for your customers

What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Senior National Account Manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire others
- A confident communicator who can influence and tell compelling stories
- Resilience and creativity to drive results and maximise commercial delivery in a fast paced environment
- Passion for the Müller brand and the ability to spot growth opportunities
- A collaborative approach, working with multiple stakeholders across the business
