This established FMCG business has been a key player in its category for over two decades, building a strong reputation for high-quality, functional products. With continued investment in innovation and a growing product portfolio, the business is entering an exciting new phase of growth.
As part of this journey, they are looking to hire a Senior National Account Manager to take ownership of key Grocery retail partnerships and play a central role in shaping commercial strategy.
The Role
Operating as a senior member of the commercial team, you will:
- Lead top-tier Grocery retail accounts, driving sustainable growth and building long-term, strategic partnerships.
- Work closely with the senior leadership team, having genuine influence over business direction and the autonomy to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Take full P&L ownership of major Grocery retail accounts.
- Lead development and execution of Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
- Own high-level negotiations (JBPs, pricing, promotions).
- Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across accounts.
- Leverage data, category insights, and shopper trends to shape commercial strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, New Product Development (NPD), Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Deliver clear performance reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Mentor and support junior team members.

The Person
- 6+ years’ experience managing Grocery accounts within FMCG.
- Proven track record of delivering growth across major retailers.
- Strong commercial acumen with advanced negotiation skills.
- Experience owning and managing a full P&L.
- Analytical, with a data-led approach to decision making.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive, driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in health, fitness, or nutrition is advantageous.
