Some brands talk about growth. Others are actually delivering it.

Our client has built one of the most exciting success stories in UK snacking, category-leading brands, double-digit momentum, B Corp credentials and a business genuinely reshaping what modern snacking looks like.

Now, with major investment, a recent merger, and big ambitions for 2026 and beyond, they’re looking for a Senior National Account Manager to take ownership of the Impulse channel with 2 x direct reports.

This is a high-impact role with visibility, autonomy, and the chance to help shape the next phase of growth for one of the standout names in healthier snacking.

Why this role?

Because this isn’t just another SNAM role.

You’ll join a business that’s:

  • Leading the healthier snacking revolution
  • Challenging the conventions of the category
  • Scaling fast with genuinely loved brands
  • Operating with purpose as a certified B Corp
  • Building a culture that values energy, ownership and ambition

As Senior National Account Manager

You’ll own and develop national convenience customers, creating long-term strategic growth plans while delivering best-in-class commercial execution. You’ll lead Joint Business Planning, drive customer strategy, unlock new opportunities, and play a key role internally in shaping wider commercial direction. This is a role for someone who enjoys balancing strong customer relationships with sharp commercial thinking.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
