Senior National Account Manager
Location: Waltham Cross, Herts
Salary: Competitive Basic Salary & Bonus Scheme, plus Car Allowance
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
About the Role
Join our dynamic family-run national accounts team as a Senior National Account Manager! This is an exciting opportunity to manage and grow a portfolio of some of the largest casual dining & restaurant businesses in today's vibrant market. If you have experience in the Food and/or Distribution Sector and are ready to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing
- Client Portfolio Management: Develop a portfolio of top restaurant /casual dining & food to go clients.
- Client Onboarding and Growth: Explore growth opportunities with new clients.
- Commercial Maximization: Forecast customer demand and maximize opportunities.
- Innovative Solutions and Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and provide innovative solutions.
- Trusted Solution Provider: Ensure Reynolds is seen as the “Go to Solution”.
- Strategic Design and Development: Create strategic developments through menu offerings and promotions.
- Joint Business Planning: Identify, plan, develop and review short, medium and long-term goals for each account with detailed pathways to each target via a joint business plan.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Enhance customer experience by collaborating with various central functions (Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations etc.).

What We're Looking For
- Account Management Expertise: Proven experience in the Food and/or Distribution Sector.
- Multi-Site Experience: Experience with multi-site food operators.
- Food Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of fresh food and ingredients.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Relationship Building: Strong relationship-building abilities.
- Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
