I'm partnering with a high-growth consumer brand to recruit a Senior Commercial Manager to lead key retail and distributor relationships across the UK.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Commercial Manager or Senior National Account Manager with a proven track record of growing major retail accounts such as Holland & Barrett, Decathlon, Sports Direct, Boots, Tesco, or similar. You'll be responsible for driving profitable growth through strategic partnerships and commercial excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning revenue, margin and commercial performance across your customer portfolio.
- Developing and delivering Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key retailers and distribution partners.
- Driving distribution, ranging, pricing, promotions and availability.
- Building long-term customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
- Delivering accurate forecasting and managing performance against budget.
- Negotiating commercial agreements, trade investment and trading terms.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Digital teams.
- Leading, coaching and developing team members.

Requirements
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience as a Senior National Account Manager or Commercial Manager within FMCG, consumer goods, health & wellness or sports nutrition.
- A strong track record of managing major UK retail or distributor accounts.
- Excellent commercial negotiation, forecasting and P&L management skills.
- A hands-on, data-driven approach with a passion for delivering profitable growth.
