Senior National Account Manager
Senior National Account Manager | Manchester | £60k–£70k + Car Allowance + Bonus
A multi-brand consumer goods business is transforming how it sells to major UK retailers.
The brands are established. The retailer relationships already exist. The opportunity is to elevate commercial growth within these key accounts.
The business is evolving toward a more strategic, FMCG-style model, prioritising:
- Stronger joint business planning (JBPs)
- Sharper commercial propositions
- Improved data utilisation
- More disciplined account development across national retailers
About the Role
The ideal candidate will:
- shape commercial strategy with visible impact
- influence key retailer partnership development
- help raise the benchmark for the wider sales function

Ideal Background
Relevant experience includes:
- FMCG or branded consumer goods (preferably grocery or leading retailers)
- Senior NAM (or high-performing NAM advancing to senior levels)
- Strong track record in delivering JBPs and driving sustainable account growth
What We Offer
- Base salary: £60,000–£70,000
- £5,000 car allowance
- Bonus potential of up to 50%
