Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: £59,000 – £65,000
- Car Allowance: £6,500
- Bonus: 10%
- Pension: Matched up to 7%

Key Responsibilities
This role takes ownership of a high-profile retail account, working closely with buying teams to shape and execute joint plans that deliver measurable results. Your commercial intuition will hold significant influence, while enjoying the autonomy to build credible customer relationships and the support of a cross-functional team ready to execute effectively.

Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day and strategic relationship with key retail buyers:
- Lead joint business planning
- Manage trading activity
- Deliver revenue and margin targets by balancing commercial returns with operational excellence
- Identify and implement profitable solutions across:
- Seasonal activity
- Supply chain challenges
- Category performance
- Lead alignment within the team, collaborating with:
- Merchandising
- Operations
- Product
- Marketing teams

Requirements
You’ll thriving in this role if you bring:
- Strong account management experience with a major retailer, specialising in complex and seasonal categories
- A commercial focus, proven ability to drive growth and profitable outcomes
- Confident stakeholder management:
- Experience working externally with customers
- Ability to coordinate internally across different functions
- Analytical thinking, with expertise in using data to inform decisions and challenge underperforming plans
