Our client is an established premium drinks business with a portfolio of award-winning drinks brands. This is a senior commercial role for an experienced National Account Manager who can accelerate growth across Multiple Grocery, Convenience and Off Trade.
You'll bring disciplined account management, negotiation and revenue growth skills, and apply them with pace, judgement and creativity in an ambitious, entrepreneurial business where high energy and hands-on ownership go a long way.
You'll lead customer plans, shape range and promotional opportunities, manage price and margin, and use insight to drive distribution, rate of sale and profitable growth — working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to turn strong customer relationships into clear, deliverable growth.
What You'll Do
Commercial Strategy & Growth

- Build strong relationships with buyers, category teams, supply chain contacts and key commercial decision-makers.
- Secure distribution, range expansion, promotions and visibility that deliver profitable growth.
- Use customer, category, shopper and market insight to guide decisions on pricing, promotion, mix and execution.
Commercial Planning & Performance Management
- Manage account performance across volume, revenue, margin, distribution, rate of sale, pricing and availability.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
