Senior National Account Manager
As an Senior National Account Manager you'll oversee national grocers, with a particular focus on private label products. Based in London, this role will manage a range of national grocers, helping to grow the business and achieve commercial success.

Description
- Manage and develop relationships with national grocers to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
- Lead negotiations and manage contracts to ensure commercial objectives are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on product offerings and customer needs.
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Develop strategies to maximise sales of own-label products.
- Ensure all account activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Profile
- Previous experience within own-label products.
- Experience working with short shelf-life products (preferred).
- Proven experience managing national grocers (Asda a bonus).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Good commercial acumen and analytical abilities.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive approach to identifying and capitalising on new opportunities.
- Must be able to do 2-3 days a week in London

Job Offer
- Salary dependent on the level of experience, ranging from £65,000 to £85,000.
- Additional car allowance.
- Performance-based bonus scheme.
