Driven by its strong branding, distinctive products, and highly innovative approach, Grenade has made an explosive impact in the FMCG Industry. As a market leader, Grenade sells a range of nutritional products, both B2B and B2C, including its signature protein bars and shakes. Grenade has been included in the Sunday Times Fast Track Top 100 for the past three years running.

As we continue to expand our footprint, we are seeking an accomplished and commercially astute Senior Account Manager to take strategic ownership of new business in the United States. This role will play a critical part in shaping Grenade’s commercial success in a highly competitive and strategically important market, ensuring PoshNosh achieves accelerated, sustainable growth across key U.S. retail channels.

Joining Grenade’s high-performing team, during this period of growth and brand expansion, promises to offer a unique and motivating working environment, with highly rewarding opportunities for personal and professional development.

How You Will Contribute

  • Provide strategic leadership for accounts across the United States, delivering robust commercial performance and long‑term growth.
  • Develop and execute a sophisticated U.S. account strategy, ensuring maximum distribution, visibility, and category relevance across grocery, mass, convenience, specialty, and e‑commerce.
  • Drive high‑level commercial negotiations, securing new listings, expanding distribution, and strengthening Grenades position within key national and regional retailers.
  • Cultivate senior‑level relationships with buyers, distributors, brokers, and retail partners, acting as a trusted advisor and champion for the brand.
  • Lead the development of customer‑specific business plans, including promotional frameworks, JBP creation, and strategic activation plans tailored to U.S. market dynamics.
  • Deliver rigorous performance analysis, translating sales data, market insights, and competitive intelligence into clear commercial actions and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Ensure operational excellence, working cross‑functionally with supply chain, marketing, finance, and international teams to support flawless execution and commercial delivery.
  • Represent Grenade at senior customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows, elevating brand presence and strengthening strategic partnerships.
  • Contribute to the evolution of U.S. commercial capability, supporting the development of best‑practice processes, tools, and ways of working as the business scales.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
