Signature Career Management are partnered exclusively with the brand driving the most growth in the high-protein category. They're now hiring a Senior National Account Manager to take ownership of Tesco & Morrisons, their largest customer, representing 45% of the business. Making this one of the most commercially significant roles in the business!
About the Brand:
- Backed by an FMCG powerhouse business, the brand has enjoyed seven record-breaking months in the last year and continues to challenge category norms.
- After repositioning from a sports nutrition brand to a mainstream lifestyle product, they're focused on protecting their position and growing in grocery.
The Role:
- Take full P&L ownership of Tesco and Morrisons
- Develop and execute customer JBPs across multiple Tesco buying teams and store formats
- Protect and grow distribution across Tesco
- Identify commercial opportunities through detailed analysis of both top and bottom-line performance
- Work closely with the dedicated Category Manager and wider commercial team to deliver category-led growth
- Expand Morrisons following recent category consolidation while maintaining strong customer partnerships
- Lead customer negotiations, promotional planning and NPD launches

You'll be / have:
- National Account Management experience within FMCG, managing a major grocery account
- Strong commercial acumen with experience owning a P&L and delivering customer JBPs
- Naturally curious and analytical, always looking beyond the headline numbers
- Able to identify risks and opportunities early, creating solutions before issues arise
- Confident, collaborative and commercially inquisitive with strong attention to detail
- Self-aware, resilient and accountable, with a proactive mindset and genuine desire to keep improving
