Senior National Account Manager – Craft Beer | Convenience
Some beer brands whisper. This one ripped up the whole category.
Marvel FMCG is partnered with one of the UK's biggest names in craft beer, a brand that kick-started a revolution and hasn't slowed down since. They're looking for a Senior National Account Manager to own their Impulse channel.
Why should you care?
Because Wholesale and Convenience is where craft beer is winning right now, impulse, chilled singles, forecourts. This brand has the shelf presence and the swagger. They need someone to turn that into serious growth. You'll join a commercial team with a proper track record in the beer category, and in developing their own people. Progress here isn't a promise on a slide. It's what actually happens.
And every person in the business gets to shape it for people, for the planet and for the beer.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
