Lead one of Flora Professional's most important customer partnerships, helping shape the future of Foodservice across the UK & Ireland.

Position: Senior National Account Manager, Flora Professional
Location: Southwark, London, Hybrid

About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to lead one of Flora Professional's fastest-growing and most strategically important customer partnerships.
As Senior National Account Manager, you'll take ownership of our relationship with our key route to market customer – Brakes. Helping transform it from a strong trading relationship into a true strategic partnership. With a new long-term trading agreement taking shape and significant brand innovation planned across the portfolio, you'll play a leading role in shaping the next phase of growth.

Working alongside our Culinary team, Marketing, Category, Finance, Supply Chain, New Business and End User teams, you'll build customer-led solutions that help Brakes and its customers succeed. From securing branded new listings and launching innovation to developing category opportunities and creating joint growth plans, you'll combine commercial thinking with culinary expertise to deliver long-term value.

Your Mission Objective

Build a Strategic Partnership

  • Develop trusted relationships across Brakes, from buying and category teams through to marketing, supply chain, depot teams, sales, telesales and senior leadership.
  • Build a collaborative partnership that delivers value beyond commercial negotiations.

Deliver Sustainable Growth

  • Lead the development and execution of a three-year Joint Business Plan that drives revenue, distribution, profitability and category growth.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing branded business while securing new listings and expanding product penetration across the Brakes network.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
