Senior National Account Manager

Senior National Account Manager – Tesco, Sainsbury’s & Booker

Location: West Yorkshire (2 days in the office, within an hour's commute)

Introduction

What if your next move wasn’t just another National Account Manager role—but the chance to help build one of FMCG’s next major success stories?

Join a CPG business on an extraordinary growth journey, backed by one of the most accomplished entrepreneurs and investors in consumer goods. With a proven track record of building, scaling, and exiting brands worth £150m+, this business is now laser-focused on scaling to the next level (£38m to £100m target).

As part of this ambition, you’ll be appointed as the Senior National Account Manager to lead Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and Booker accounts.inker** is already the company’s largest customer, while Tesco and Sainsbury’s represent huge untapped potential.

The Opportunity

This role isn’t about maintaining business—it’s about redefining what’s possible. You’ll have the chance to transform Tesco’s relationship from transactional to a true strategic partnership, creating long-term value for both parties.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
