As a Senior Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving property sales and lettings while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll be a trusted advisor to clients, generating new business, conducting valuations, negotiating offers, and building long-term relationships that help you consistently exceed targets.
You’ll also actively identify cross-selling opportunities across financial services, solicitor referrals, and valuations, while supporting and mentoring junior team members to ensure our core values are lived and breathed every day.
Key responsibilities
Proactively generate new business through outreach, referrals, networking, and relationship building Conduct market appraisals and deliver accurate, compelling property valuations that convert into instructions Negotiate offers and manage sales and lettings transactions from instruction through to completion Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to drive repeat business Identify and maximise cross-selling opportunities, including mortgage advice, solicitor referrals, valuations, and wider Castles network opportunities Stay up to date with local property trends, pricing, and relevant legislation Support Associates in achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets Maintain and grow an up-to-date database of active buyers, matching them to suitable properties and conducting viewings Ensure all sales processes, listings, and outbound marketing meet compliance, regulatory, and quality standards Work closely with the marketing team to promote properties and services across digital, social, print, and local events Support community engagement initiatives to enhance brand visibility and local presence Mentor and support junior team members, helping them develop and succeed

What we're looking for

At least 2 years’ proven experience within the estate agency industry, delivering strong results and exceptional customer experiences Results-driven mindset with the ability to motivate, inspire, and support others Strong valuation and negotiation skills, with confidence converting appraisals into instructions Solid understanding of the property market and legal requirements involved in transactions Proven experience in sales, business development, and achieving performance targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build trust and rapport Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively A collaborative team player who acts with integrity at all times A genuine desire to deliver an outstanding experience for every client, every time Full driving licence and own vehicle Experience using Reapit or similar industry CRM systems (desirable) Knowledge of the mid-to-high value homes market (desirable) Relevant estate agency or property qualifications (advantageous)
