Job Title: Senior Network Support Engineer

Location: REMOTE with occasional travel to nearest office (hybrid - 2 days in office) with occasional travel to other sites

Must have a valid driving license

Established in 2003, Focus Group is proud to be one of the UK's fastest growing independent providers of essential business technology, providing digital workplace solutions to over 30,000 customers across the UK.

From our small but ambitious beginnings, we have grown into a nationwide company with over 1300 employees across 16 offices and have recently joined the ranks of Britain's private company ‘unicorns' after securing a new $1bn valuation.

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to lead the technical delivery of customer projects and act as technical lead on network faults and major incidents. The role involves working alongside Project Managers, Account Managers and fellow engineers (both remotely and on customer sites), and owning the technical quality and documentation of the work. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role and includes UK site travel and occasional planned out-of-hours work for change windows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
