This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Network Site Reliability Engineer (NetSRE) based in United Kingdom.

This is an exciting opportunity to help build and operate the network foundation powering next-generation AI infrastructure at global scale. In this engineering-focused role, you will improve reliability, automation, and operational excellence across complex network environments. You will define reliability standards, build tools that make systems safer to operate, and help teams deliver highly available services. Working alongside experienced infrastructure and platform engineers, you will solve challenging problems across networking, observability, and distributed systems. This role offers significant ownership, technical depth, and the opportunity to influence how large-scale AI infrastructure is designed and maintained. If you enjoy engineering resilient systems and turning operational challenges into scalable solutions, this position provides an impactful environment to grow and innovate.

Accountabilities

  • Define and own reliability objectives for critical network services, including service level indicators (SLIs), service level objectives (SLOs), availability targets, and operational performance metrics.
  • Drive reliability improvements across network infrastructure, including services, site readiness, data center interconnectivity, and operational standards.
  • Lead incident response activities, conduct technical investigations, manage postmortems, and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurring issues.
  • Build and enhance observability capabilities through meaningful metrics, logging, tracing, alerting systems, and improved debugging workflows.
  • Design and implement safer network change processes using automation, CI/CD practices, testing environments, staged deployments, rollbacks, and audit mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with network engineers and platform teams to improve system operability and ensure infrastructure designs support reliable operations.
  • Develop and maintain automation tools and operational software to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency across network environments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
