Senior Network Specialist - global connectivity
up to £110k + Flexible Hybrid working options (Southeast)
The Senior Network Specialist / Network Lead will own the global connectivity layer for an exciting AI scale-up business. The role joins at a time of growth, and this position would hold a senior pivotal role across their network infrastructure.
The reliability and scalability of the enterprise Network infrastructure would be a key focus, the environment includes complex global VPNs, device connectivity, and Wi-Fi, so experience in a similar role is essential.

Required skills and experience:
- Experience in a similar role, managing business-critical enterprise-level network connectivity for devices.
- Hands-on leadership level - will have led Automation of manual processes across enterprise-level infrastructure with experience of scripting in Python or similar.
- Previous ownership of modern VPNs and demonstrate driving process improvements where needed, experience with Tailscale is desirable.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
- Linux or Cisco certifications.
