Role: Senior New Business & Brand Partnerships Manager

Reports To: Head of Commercial

Location: Berkshire

Type: Hybrid, Permanent

Salary: Up to £70,000 plus generous bonus scheme

Role Overview

We're looking for a commercially driven and relationship-focused professional to join a fast-growing business operating within the beauty, wellness and consumer goods sector.

As the brand continues to grow, this newly created role will focus on identifying new brand opportunities, building strategic partnerships and supporting the growth of an expanding portfolio. You'll combine market insight, commercial analysis and networking to evaluate opportunities and develop long-term relationships with brands, retailers and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess new business opportunities across beauty, wellness and adjacent consumer categories.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective brand partners from initial contact through to onboarding.
  • Research market trends, consumer behaviour and retailer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyse commercial data and develop business cases to support recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with brands, retailers, consultants, agencies and other industry contacts.
  • Represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities and trade shows.
  • Present partnership opportunities and commercial recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support new product and brand launches, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to external brand visibility through professional networking and industry engagement.

Requirements

You'll have experience within beauty, FMCG or retail, along with a strong understanding of the UK market and major retail channels. You're commercially minded, confident analysing data and trends, and able to translate insight into clear business opportunities.

You'll also bring:

  • Experience developing new business or strategic partnerships.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Commercial awareness and analytical capability.
  • A proactive, organised and self-motivated approach.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • A genuine passion for beauty, innovation and emerging consumer trends.
