Job Description
At Youwe, we help international brands accelerate digital growth through commerce, data, customer experience, and technology. As a Senior New Business Sales Manager, you play a key role in driving our commercial growth and building long-term partnerships with new clients.
You take ownership of qualified opportunities, guide prospects through the entire sales cycle, and translate complex business challenges into scalable digital solutions.
This role combines strategic thinking, consultative selling, and strong commercial ownership within an international digital agency environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Convert qualified opportunities into long-term client partnerships
- Own and manage your annual new business target and sales pipeline
- Translate complex client challenges into digital roadmaps and commercial proposals
- Present solutions to multiple stakeholders, including C-level decision makers
- Lead strategic pitches together with internal specialists from strategy, tech, and marketing
- Research client business models, digital maturity, and market opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle from qualification and scoping to negotiation and closing
- Work with CRM systems, forecasting, and pipeline reviews to drive predictable growth
- Ensure smooth handovers to delivery teams with aligned expectations on scope, budget, and goals
- Support and coach colleagues on deal strategy, qualification, and pitching best practices

Job Requirements
Must-Haves
- 5+ years of experience in new business sales or business development within a digital agency or IT services environment
- Proven experience managing complex B2B sales processes
- Strong consultative and strategic sales skills
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and C-level audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience managing pipelines, forecasting, and commercial targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and autonomy

Nice-to-Haves
- Experience within commerce, DXP, CX, or data-driven digital solutions
- Knowledge of digital platforms, trends, and the international digital landscape
- Experience coaching or mentoring commercial colleagues
- Experience working in international client environments
- Familiarity with enterprise digital ecosystems and transformation projects
