This is a senior frontend engineering role focused on building high-performance, scalable web applications within a fast-moving iGaming environment. You will contribute to the development of modern casino-related digital products, ensuring exceptional usability, performance, and maintainability.
Working closely with distributed teams, you will play a key role in shaping frontend architecture and development standards. The role combines hands-on coding with technical leadership, mentoring, and collaboration across multiple functions. ## Responsibilities
- Build and maintain modern web applications using Next.js and React, ensuring high performance, scalability, and adherence to coding standards.
- Contribute to technical refinement, architecture discussions, peer reviews, and long-term roadmap planning with engineering leadership.
- Mentor and support fellow developers, helping to elevate technical skills, best practices, and overall team performance.
- Provide constructive technical feedback in a collaborative, growth-oriented manner that strengthens team cohesion.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and adapt communication style depending on the audience.
- Maintain close coordination with distributed teams, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and priorities.

## Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in modern web application development
- Strong hands-on expertise with Next.js and React
- Solid understanding of how modern web frameworks and browser-based applications work
- Experience working within structured software development teams and tool ecosystems
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and work effectively in high-responsibility environments
