About The Role
As a Senior Night Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Your role will involve:
- Supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager
- Supporting the clinical team in areas such as:
- Medication support
- Assessments
- Care plans
- Care reviews
- Ensuring every resident’s dignity and preferences are always respected
- Helping create a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment for residents

About You
To apply for the Senior Night Care Assistant position, you should have:
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
- A warm-hearted, compassionate personality
- Commitment to providing individualised care and support
