Step into a pivotal leadership role as a Senior NPI Quality Engineer and help bring high-quality, regulated products to life from first design through to production release. If you enjoy hands-on problem solving, cross-functional collaboration and driving measurable improvements in quality, the Senior NPI Quality Engineer position offers exactly that, with real influence over NPI APQP/PPAP work, supplier performance and product reliability.

As a Senior NPI Quality Engineer You Will

  • Lead the APQP/PPAP process for new product introductions, ensuring designs are ready for mass production release, including supplied parts and materials with a bias towards complex electronic products and systems.
  • Manage core NPI quality deliverables such as DFMEA, PFMEA, control plans and FAIRs, supporting smooth progression through prototype and pre-production builds (IQ, OQ, PQ).
  • Represent Quality in NPI project meetings, translating complex quality data into clear actions and next steps for engineering and supply chain teams.
  • Drive resolution of NPI quality issues by tracking corrective and preventive actions, and investigate early or NPI market returns to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure PPAP compliance, support audits and review documentation to meet regulatory and company quality expectations.
  • Strengthen regulatory compliance and risk management across the product lifecycle, supporting ISO and FDA-aligned standards where applicable.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
