What You’ll Do
As a Senior Room Leader, you’ll:
- Harmonise educational strategies across rooms—aligning learning objectives and staff contributions.
- Tailor and supervise activities to align with the curriculum and advance each child’s development.
- Mentor and develop others in leadership roles, fostering strong peer collaboration.
- Oversee safeguarding and wellbeing, implementing inclusive adjustments and ensuring robust compliance.
- Build trusting relationships with parents—forming strong communication networks.
- Adhere to children’s health, safety, and safeguarding protocols across the nursery.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
✔ A Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in early years education and/or a experience as a Senior Practitioner/Manager.
✔ Proven leadership experience within early years, preferably in roles like Senior Nursery Room Lead, Room Manager, or Senior Practitioner.
✔ Strong managerial, organisational, and communication skills to foster excellence among both team and children.
✔ A passion for innovative, inclusive education, creating an impactful difference in young lives.
✔ Commitment to a nurturing team culture where empowerment and integrity align.
