This position involves overseeing multiple rooms while orchestrating the seamless integration of educational strategies across the centre. About Our Nursery

Location: Busy Bees Trowbridge (Ofsted: Outstanding)

  • Capacity: 100 children across three base rooms (Babies, Toddlers, Preschool)
  • Vibe: Nurturing, community-focused environment
  • Facilities: Nearby community centre as an additional safety measure
  • Location: Strategically placed near retail/community hubs and a large park/grassy area, fostering a vivid and engaging atmosphere for children and families.

  • Lead the consistent alignment of educational strategies and practices across rooms
  • Plan and deliver curriculum activities, tailoring them to individual children’s diverse needs
  • Mentor and develop Room Leaders, driving a culture of collaboration and excellence
  • Ensure safeguarding and wellbeing of children, with needed adjustments for additional needs
  • Build and maintain strong parent relationships, supporting them through their child’s development
  • Maintain health, safety, and safeguarding compliance across the centre

Ideal Candidate

  • Level 3 or higher qualification in early years education
  • Proven experience in an early years setting, ideally with leadership as a:
    • Senior Room Leader
    • Senior Room Manager or Parent
    • Senior Practitioner
  • Leadership, organisational, and communication skills exemplified
  • Passion for fostering an inclusive, nurturing environment for children and teams
