About Our Nursery
Location: Busy Bees Trowbridge (Ofsted: Outstanding)
- Capacity: 100 children across three base rooms (Babies, Toddlers, Preschool)
- Vibe: Nurturing, community-focused environment
- Facilities: Nearby community centre as an additional safety measure
- Location: Strategically placed near retail/community hubs and a large park/grassy area, fostering a vivid and engaging atmosphere for children and families.
What to Expect as a Senior Room Leader

- Lead the consistent alignment of educational strategies and practices across rooms
- Plan and deliver curriculum activities, tailoring them to individual children’s diverse needs
- Mentor and develop Room Leaders, driving a culture of collaboration and excellence
- Ensure safeguarding and wellbeing of children, with needed adjustments for additional needs
- Build and maintain strong parent relationships, supporting them through their child’s development
- Maintain health, safety, and safeguarding compliance across the centre
Ideal Candidate
- Level 3 or higher qualification in early years education
- Proven experience in an early years setting, ideally with leadership as a:
- Senior Room Leader
- Senior Room Manager or Parent
- Senior Practitioner
- Leadership, organisational, and communication skills exemplified
- Passion for fostering an inclusive, nurturing environment for children and teams
