Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Room Leader, you’ll:
- Lead multiple nursery rooms, ensuring coherent educational strategies and adaptable curriculum delivery
- Plan, deliver, and adapt learning activities to diverse child needs, including those with special requirements
- Mentor and develop Junior Room Leaders, fostering a high-performing, collaborative team
- Maintain a safe, inclusive environment; oversee safeguarding, health, and wellbeing practices
- Build trust with parents, providing regular updated progress reports
- Ensure 24/7 compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding regulations

Ideal Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum)
- Experience: 5+ years in early years, ideally demonstrating leadership as a Senior Room Leader, Manager, or Practitioner
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management expertise
- Exceptional communication and networking abilities
- Organisational resilience and a passion for continuous learning
