What to Expect as a Senior Nursery Room Leader
- Ensure educational strategies and practices are consistent across multiple rooms.
- Lead the planning and delivery of activities, adapting curriculum to diverse child needs.
- Mentor Room Leaders, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team.
- Oversee wellbeing, safeguarding, and inclusion, supporting additional needs.
- Build strong parent relationships, updating them on progress.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding protocols.
Ideal Candidate
- Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
- Experience in an early years setting, including supervisory or leadership roles (e.g., Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Practitioner).
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive environment.
