About Our Nursery
Located in Bristol (Emersons Green), our Ofsted-rated "Good" nursery:

What You’ll Do
As a Senior Room Leader, you’ll lead multiple rooms while setting the standard for care and education:

Key Responsibilities
- Lead & align educational strategies across the centre
- Plan and deliver effective learning activities, tailored for diverse child needs
- Mentor Room Leaders – inspire and develop a high-performing team
- Oversee safeguarding and wellbeing, ensuring every child thrives
- Foster strong parent relationships by sharing progress updates
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding policies
The Ideal Candidate
Qualification & Experience
- Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Early Years Education
- Leadership experience in early years settings
- Ideally as a Senior Room Leader, Manager, or Senior Practitioner
Core Skills
- Strong leadership, with organisational and communication
- Passion for inclusive, child-led learning
- Approachable attitude that creates trust for both children and team
