As a Senior Room Leader at Busy Bees, you will oversee multiple rooms and ensure that educational strategies are seamlessly integrated across the centre. This is a leadership role where you will inspire your team to achieve the highest standards of care and learning.

Responsibilities
- Ensure consistency in educational strategies across multiple rooms.
- Lead planning and delivery of activities, tailored to diverse children’s needs.
- Mentor and support Room Leaders to create a collaborative, high-performing team.
- Oversee children’s wellbeing and safeguarding, including adaptations for children with additional needs.
- Build strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of children’s development.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding protocols across the centre.
Ideal Candidate
- Level 3 qualification (or above) in early years education
- Experience in an early years setting, ideally as a:
- Senior Nursery Room Leader
- Senior Nursery Room Manager
- Senior Nursery Practitioner
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and staff
