Senior Nutritionist – Men’s Academy Programme

We’re seeking a Senior Nutritionist to lead and deliver expert, evidence-informed nutrition support across the men’s Academy Programme for Edinburgh Rugby and Glasgow Warriors. This player-centred role focuses on accelerating academy player development through high-quality, consistent nutrition services across both environments.


What You Will Be Doing

  • Deliver and oversee nutrition support across the men’s Academy Programme
  • Provide evidence-informed, player-centred nutrition services
  • Support the development and performance of academy players
  • Collaborate across both Edinburgh Rugby and Glasgow Warriors Academies
  • Ensure alignment and consistency in nutrition support across environments

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong applied sports nutrition knowledge with the ability to translate evidence into practical, player-focused support
  • Relevant experience delivering nutrition services in a performance sport, academy, or high-performance environment
  • Strong relational skills—able to build effective relationships with players, coaches, practitioners, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Expertise in planning, delivering, and evaluating player-centred nutrition support to drive success
  • Confidence working across multiple environments, ensuring consistent standards
