Senior Occupational Therapist Manager
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team, providing expert assessment, advice, and intervention for a diverse caseload.
Responsibilities Include
Conducting comprehensive, patient-centered assessments and developing individualized support plans. Implementing therapeutic interventions to improve independence, sensory integration, motor skills, and social participation. Collaborating with the team and engaging with service users, families, and support staff to ensure holistic care. Facilitating community activities and providing training to enhance daily living skills. Maintaining documentation and staying updated with best practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Therapy HCPC registration and eligibility to work in the UK Experience working with Adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism (3+ years preferred) Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach
