Senior Occupational Health Advisor
Salary: £49-53k
Hours: Full time
Location: West Yorkshire (Bradford)
About The Role
Amber Mace are working with an inhouse company looking for a Senior OHA to lead and develop their established OH unit. This is a senior clinical leadership role, combining OH cases management with operational oversight and service development.
You’ll lead day-to-day OH activity, support a small clinical team, and play a key role in shaping service improvements already underway across the department. With it being a stable service without backlog/staffing pressures, you’ll be able to focus on leadership, quality and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and oversee OH clinical services, including health surveillance, medicals, and case management
- Provide expert advice on sickness absence and complex OH cases
- Support and supervise the OH team in day-to-day delivery
- Contribute to clinical governance, audits, and policy development
- Help design and deliver staff health and wellbeing initiatives
- Oversee effective triage and prioritisation of OH referrals
About You

- Registered nurse, OH qualification
- Significant OH experience
- Experienced in managing sickness absence and complex casework
- Experienced in team management and service improvement
- IT literate, good communication skills
