Do you have the expertise to configure and optimise SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding solutions while ensuring seamless integrations across Employee Central and external platforms? Join us as our Senior Onboarding HR Analyst and partner internationally with stakeholders to deliver real business impact!
As Senior Onboarding HR Analyst, you'll lead the design, configuration and deployment of SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding and Employee Central solutions, partnering with stakeholders across the business to turn complex requirements into seamless digital experiences. From optimising candidate journeys and onboarding processes to managing integrations, troubleshooting technical challenges and driving central HR excellence transformation projects, you'll combine hands-on expertise with strategic influence to deliver solutions that make a real change.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity with contracted hours of 40 per week. Working core hours of Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17.00 based in our Northampton Head Office with hybrid working, including EU travel.

- Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors Onboarding and Employee Central implementations, guiding projects from discovery and design through to successful international deployment
- Configure and optimise Recruiting and Onboarding solutions, including job requisitions, application templates, candidate profiles, route maps, permissions and offer management
- Drive seamless integrations across the SuccessFactors ecosystem, ensuring smooth data flow between Recruiting, Employee Central and Onboarding
- Manage external vendor integrations and reporting capabilities, leveraging tools whilst supporting third-party providers including background screening, assessment and job board platforms
- Ensure successful project delivery and data integrity, managing risks, dependencies and cross-functional workstreams, while supporting complex hire scenarios such as new hires, internal hires and cross-boarding activities
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Experienced SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding professional with hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 (ONB) and Recruiting (RCM) experience, including leading multiple implementations (holding current SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding certifications a plus)
- Configuration expert with deep knowledge of Recruiting and Onboarding modules, including job requisitions, application templates, candidate profiles, route maps, permissions and offer management
- Integration specialist with a strong understanding of Recruiting to Employee Central and Onboarding integration points, Integration Centre, and inbound/outbound data flows across the SuccessFactors landscape
- Collaborative leader who can engage stakeholders at all levels, coordinate cross-functional teams in complex matrix organisations, and confidently communicate technical and business concepts to diverse audiences
- Analytical problem solver with experience supporting complex hiring scenarios such as rehires, internal hires and cross-boarding, coupled with excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions
