About the role:

To provide senior operational and administrative support across Business Operations and Administration, with a focus on enabling delivery of the ERP implementation project.

This is a flexible role that bridges administration, coordination, and team support, taking ownership of a mix of project activity, key administrative processes (e.g. gradings, PODs), and Team Leader support or cover as required, while working closely with the Coordinator and Manager across multiple areas of departmental responsibility.

Accountable for delivering high-quality, timely work, coordinating and prioritising workloads across the team, contributing to project outcomes, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

Key Accountabilities of the role – IT: What I do

  • Deliver accurate, compliant, and timely operational and administrative processes
  • Take ownership of complex or high-risk tasks and act as an escalation point for queries
  • Coordinate and prioritise workloads across administrative activity to ensure deadlines are met

  • Support financial and commercial processes (e.g. invoicing, reconciliations, reporting inputs)
  • Contribute directly to ERP project activity, including testing, tracking, reporting, and documentation
  • Work closely with the Business Operations Manager to manage priorities, risks, and deadlines
  • Partner with the Coordinator and wider team to support delivery of project milestones
  • Take ownership of administrative activities across the team as required to release capacity for project delivery
  • Support the maintenance and accuracy of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and documentation of testing activities
  • Track, monitor, and report on actions, risks, and improvements
  • Identify and implement improvements to processes, systems, and ways of working
  • Lead or support operational improvement initiatives across Business Operations
  • Support implementation of ERP-related or wider business changes
  • Use data and insight to improve efficiency, accuracy, and performance
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and knowledge-sharing across the admin team
  • Support onboarding and development of team members
  • Step in to support or cover Team Leader or Administrator responsibilities during absence, peak demand, or where required

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
